I went in to get my iPhone 12 Pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the DIY video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.

I really appreciate James for his kind and awesome customer service but overall a really nice guy! I had a problem with my iPhone 11's screen being glitched and turning black but he was able to fix the problem really fast and explain what had happened. Last time I had my phone screen fixed costed $200 at the mall but here he charged me less than $90. He even gave me advice to avoid damaging my screen in the future and he's definitely the go to guy for fixing your phone. If I could give this place 6 stars I would!
