Almost every phone we sell is unlocked, so it works with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Mint, and most other carriers. If you need it set up for a specific carrier, just tell us and we will sort it out.
Do refurbished phones come with a warranty?
Yes. Every phone is tested and backed by our in-store warranty, so if something is not right you bring it back and we take care of it. Ask us about the coverage when you come in.
Are refurbished phones actually reliable?
A refurbished phone has been fully tested, cleaned, and checked, so it is a lot safer than a random as-is used phone. We go through battery health, screen, cameras, buttons, and carrier unlock before it ever goes on the shelf.
How much does a refurbished phone cost?

Do you buy phones or take trade-ins?
Yes. Bring your old phone in and we will give you cash or put it toward another phone. Even cracked or older phones are often worth something.
